Our Calling

With over a year of marriage behind us, we are more convinced than ever that Jesus designed and chose us to walk this life together, for himself and His Good News. We have character traits, personality leanings, and spiritual gifts that work so well together. And to top it off, we absolutely enjoy being and working together, and feel so safe with each other.

Supporting Each Other

Our greatest joy and place of ministry is to one another. This priority supersedes any other service or plan, outside our home.

We are so glad to work side by side, walking with God and loving others, hand in hand. Whether Razzel is spearheading a ministry and I am supporting her, or vice versa, we are grateful to serve Jesus, right beside each other, for the rest of our lives.

Leadership Development

We both have a strong inclination to help others become the men and women God crafted.

Razzel has been serving the church in one of her strongest callings for many years: discipleship. She has a unique ability to recognize hunger for God—especially among women—and to bring people alongside her through mentoring, counsel, and connection to God’s purpose for their lives.

She develops leaders relationally and intentionally, often so naturally that the depth of her impact—on hundreds of women around the world—can go unnoticed unless you’re paying careful attention.

Since moving to NYC, David has been successfully encouraging men in our church. Through organic interactions, he’s passionate about building men’s faith and pointing them to the call God has for them. Most recently, he’s started meeting with young men on a weekly basis to help them overcome unGodly sexual and mental habits.

Together, we now have the wonderful opportunity to welcome everyone in our home, both men and women, single and couples, to bless and minister to them through friendship and care.

Pastoral & Community Care

While we both continue our individual ministry to women and men, together we are able to minister to people in ways neither of us could do alone. We have intentionally made our home a safe, welcoming place for others and it has been incredibly rewarding to care for—and disciple—people through one-on-one relationships and connect groups—together.

Outreach & Evangelism

We make a powerful outreach team and genuinely love ministering hand-in-hand to those outside the church. We both have a passion to reach those who don’t yet know God—from the most powerful and influential in our city to the most broken and overlooked.

David has seen fruit both in personal evangelism and in training others to share their faith. Razzel has faithfully led community care and outreach initiatives for many years.
